We aim to continually develop new and exciting baby leaf products that stand out in the market place and to remain innovators in horticulture. Our single most important objective is to provide all our customers with consistency great quality baby leaf all year round.
Our baby leaf is grown in pristine locations in Victoria in rich alluvial soils. All our products are naturally field grown out in the open air. Once harvested, the baby leaves are vacuum cooled on farm to enhance shelf life and are then transported to our processing facility. Our farms operate under the 'Freshcare certification'.
Our processing facility uses state-of-the-art technology with 'triple washing’, ‘air drying tunnels' and 'optical sorting' to ensure the highest quality products comply with the SQF (Safe Quality Foods) and HACCP accreditation.
Our entire system from farms to processing ensures only the most premium baby leaf products reach our consumers in the very best condition – ‘cold, clean and dry’.
