The new sites add to the significant farmland holdings of Hussey & Co in the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland regions. This pristine environment with nutrient rich alluvial soils, abundant water and mild climate has proven the perfect region to produce Australia’s Finest Salads.

Hussey & Co has undertaken significant improvement of the farmland for commercial production including laser-grading, irrigation installation, dam development and electricity upgrades.
